Shipping Charges
Within India- Our standard shipping charges are at Rs 100 per 500 gms 

International – For international orders charges are Rs 1500 per 500 gms . Please note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order if any.

Shipping Time
Within India- Shipment time will be a maximum of 2 weeks within the country. As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a notification by email and also share the courier tracking details so you know when to expect it.
Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.

International- Shipment time for International couriers will be a maximum of 3 weeks. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.


Return Policy
For Toys and Brooches:
Toys and Brooches are non-exchangeable.

For Clothing:
Exchange within India
Beautiful handmade things carry distinct imperfections! (wabi-sabi). Products will not be exchanged for minor print imperfections. Clothes can be returned if there is a size issue. Although, we prefer for you to check the measurement chart before placing an order. The product should be returned the exact same way it came to you, with labels in place and products unused. A product can be exchanged for another product. No refunds will be made.
Shipping charges for returning the order back to us will be borne by you. We will take care of the charges for resending it to you.
Exchange for International Returns
We recommend you to buy a size bigger if you are unsure of the size and also double check the measurement chart before placing an order. The buyer will have to bear the shipping charges to and fro for any exchange. The exchange product will be sent only after we receive the returned product. A product can be exchanged for another product. No refunds will be made.
